  We had a wonderful stay here this weekend. We we surprised to find out we had been upgraded to a suite when we arrived. We are celebrating our 12 year anniversary and it made it so special. Great food at the restaurant and great service throughout the hotel. The only thing I reccomend (I did call the front desk over it) is they get the locks fixed on the outside doors. I was a little nervous knowing anyone could walk in and we were at the opposite end of the front desk.

  Wonderful place to stay. The rooms, hallways, and everything was very clean. The staff was very polite and attentive, the coffee shop was nice and the staff was happy to open it up even in the middle of the night. The room rates were a little overpriced, and the restaurant was overpriced but had good food, not great, but good. The hotel itself was definitely worth staying in and we would go back again. The staff and cleanliness make this a great place to stay.

  We are at the Bentwood. It was some of the best food around. The calamari r was to die for. The cast iron Kobe steak had a fair amount of connective tissue, but the flavor was so good I ate it. The mixed veg side was perfectly done and flavorful. The zucchini was the be best part. The spuds were a bit vinegary but still good. The raspberry torte was again to die for. Our server was very attentive and patient, tho it took me 2 hours to decide what I wanted. Prices we're generally around $20, but there was a great variety.
  All in all an outstanding meal.

  9 months ago I was involved in a very serious vehicle accident just passing through New Buffalo, MI on HWY 94. I called around to find a place to stay and the Marina Grand Resort was the only hotel with a room. They took care of us, provided us with a fruit basket with a very thoughtful card, my family and I will be staying here this summer on better terms, they earned our business for life. Thank you for what you did for my family and I during difficult times. - Aaron

  The Marina Grand Resort was gorgeous!! The lobby was fantastically decorated. The room was spacious and the fireplace was a great feature. We loved sitting out on the balcony and talking while we sat and looked out at the marina. Everyone working at the hotel was really friendly.
