(August 5, 2019, 5:11 pm)I've visited 3 other CrossFit gyms in the area and would highly recommend Fort Miami CrossFit.
I had the opportunity to drop in 3 times while visiting the area with my family. The members were very friendly and welcoming. The coaches took the extra time to make me feel welcome and make sure I met everyone in the class. I got 3 great workouts with great coaching tips that weren't overbearing. You can tell the owners and coaches truly care about their members as it has fostered a great community. -

(July 13, 2018, 2:32 pm)I’ve been visiting this gym while on vacation the past two years. The owners are really friendly and welcoming. The other athletes are so nice and friendly. The coaches are also very kind and very knowledgeable. I love he WODs that are programmed. The actual gym itself is HUGE compared to my home gym and has all of the equipment you need. Some of the athletes even helped me navigate the town and told me about a local, less crowded beach- which was a great stop for our family. I will always come back to this gym when I’m town.

(July 13, 2018, 9:41 am)Great supportive atmosphere. Encouraged to do what you are able never wanting to embarrass you. they have fun but work hard. It is a new family. They will help you with nutrition as well. Always positive and encouraging.

I have also participated in personal training with Kelly and have found it to be my favorite day of the week. The people you find when you walk in this box are welcoming, kind, fierce and truly amazing!
