  I have recently had the pleasure of working with Goedert realty for both buying a property and selling one. Both of them were handled with the professionalism you'd expect from a big time real estate firm but also with the courtesy and friendliness you'd expect from dealing with a neighbor.

  Brad fowle was my realtor and he did great! He was always there when I had questions and he always gave me great advice when it came to looking at homes! The second house that we looked at, that is now my new home he walked all around the property inspecting it himself before I had the inspector I paid come out. Brad kept me informed on everything when it came to the seller's acceptance and everything from there and after my closing date. He treats you as a friend not a customer I would definitely recommend!

  Mary and I would like to thank Mark and the team for all the hard work in helping us manage our latest real estate transaction. I've known Mark for over 30 years and have worked with him a number of times. Some situations were more challenging than others but Mark was always there as a partner and a friend.   Buying a house these days is challenging. It's even more challenging when it's a 7 hour drive from your current home. Dustin, our agent, was great. He's really good at giving video tours. You feel like you're there. More than once houses we were coming to see were gone already while we were driving, and Dustin was able to adjust his touring schedule to substitute new listings on the fly. When we had questions about repairs he brought a contractor in to give estimates. When the title company had questions he kept us updated and informed. The service we received was excellent on every level.

  Amy Shaw is an honest professional that allows you to move at your own pace; no pressure. Amy went over and above when acting as my buyers agent, and beyond the sale by finding me great deals on services for the house such as insurance and radon mitigation. Amy will always be my go-to person and I highly recommend her to all my friends and family.
