Dealing with Medicare is difficult and scary sometimes. My mother had an accident, and I was having all kinds of trouble navigating everything. But when I went into home equipment and Whitney stuck her head around the computer, everything went so much easier. She took care of everything, and when she didn't think something was right, she was all over it. She took notes with everyone she called, so I knew everything that was happening. She dealt with the hospital and the doctor's offices. If you are needing help or just have questions, I totally seek her out. Hopefully she's still there because finding employee's that go the extra mile for you are really hard to keep.

So far much much better people and environment than they were at the previous location near the old Bixby Hospital. At that one the staff was always rude and condescending.

**Update - my prescription was filled and insurance arranged and education provided in a timely and professional manner. The floor staff still needs to learn how to greet people with a “Hello, how may I help you,” instead of staring you down.**
Not the friendliest reception I've ever had. We'll see how they fulfill my prescription. My first impression? I should have gone somewhere else.
