I have always been treated with professionalism, dignity and respect by everyone of staff but special mention of Dr D himself. I highly recommend this office for all your dermatological needs. An amazing team there!

(May 24, 2023, 7:18 am)I had my first visit at Dr. Desjardins office yesterday. I am very glad to have gone there.
I had everything explained to me and now I know what caused my problem and what to avoid in the future.
I picked up my prescription and used it twice so far. I am amazed at the difference already.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful.
I was in and out in about 25 minutes. I will be back if I ever need them again.

He will help you find cost effective solutions to any problems. I think he stays up to date on new treatments and strategies. We are very appreciative of the care provided to us. Five stars plus.

(January 16, 2023, 12:52 pm)A good visit once I got to registration and during the visit, Brenda and Jill provided good care! Jill addressed my concerns thoroughly. My two complaints are: 1) the posted mask policy and 2) paper capes. I'm not opposed to donning a mask but I don't think they should charge patients $1.00 or make them reschedule if they don't bring their own. At least that is what all the signs say, so I returned to my car, upset (I didn't have ANY on me or in my car). I called and thankfully Shay managed my mask issue. She permitted me to come into the office and provided me with a mask. Thank you!! I had scheduled my appointment online (that convenience is a plus) and the email confirmation just says you have to wear a mask, not "you must bring your own mask!" Maybe if I had called, staff would have alerted me. That would be a good idea. Paper capes are demoralizing for me and
don't scream compassion. Yes, at least it's "something" (IF it stays on and intact, big I), but a cloth gown or shawl/cape would offer a bit more comfort for an already uncomfortable appointment.
