Gary at Purse Funeral Home Adrian location was very helpful with planning our mother’s funeral. We got top notch service at a fair price. I highly recommend.
Gary, of the Adrian location, was wonderful to work with from the beginning to the end. Excellent communication and willingness to meet all of our needs. Everything went so smoothly using Purse Funeral Home - Adrian. Thanks again!
We were very pleased with Gary and the staff at Purse Funeral Home in Adrian. I'm so glad we chose this funeral home and this location. It was the first time we have had a funeral here. Gary, the owner was very nice, informative and so accommodating. He worked around our schedule, which was nice, giving us plenty if time to make decisions for songs, memory cards, Moms clothing, book marks, etc. So many decisions! We really did appreciate him letting us, have our Mothers funeral exactly the way we wanted, and we were very specific with everything. We had lots of pictures and songs for a slideshow, and wanted bookmarks made, which he did without hesitation. The funeral home was nice, clean, and the price was really good. Thank you Gary again, for helping us during this difficult situation.
The Hein-Dusseau Family
I can’t say enough about this funeral home 😢❤️.
My brother recently passed at a young age which obviously we did not prepare for mentally or financially. L
My mother has some serious medical conditions that prevent her from being able to drive or fully understand or remember most things.
In addition to all of the emotional stress of losing a loved one at a young age, planning and my brothers primary decision maker being unable to make sound decisions , I live hours away. To make matters worse, there were several hiccups if you will when it came to my mother filling out the paperwork which left me even more sad and stressed (never a good combination.)
When I first called about the cremation services (we couldn’t afford a funeral) I was treated with the utmost kindness and heartfelt condolences.
The paperwork was sent several times with flaws. With every flaw “Paul” was very patient and made sure that it was done correctly and never became impatient.
After the cremation was completed, I received heart felt Sympathy from “Gary.” Gary agreed you meet me to pick up the ashes on a weekend however I was unable to make it due to work and other pressing issues and decided to have the ashes delivered via. Postal mail (yes, I know that’s a horrible way to receive a loved ones remains.)
A short time after sending my mother address “Gary” contacted me to say that he would personally deliver the remains to my mother at her house.
That’s not something I expected but I will appreciate for years to come.
As I said, my brother was cremated so I don’t know anything about the services. However, I do know heartfelt sympathy when I see it and if the services are catered to like a cremation, I can assure you that you will feel like an angel lifted the sadness and stress during a loss.
Thank You Paul and Gary ❤️❤️, your kindness and huge hearts will be spoken of forever.
I cannot begin to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude over the service at Purse Funeral Home. My Dad's passing was emotional on its own, but during the stay at home order, it is was more difficult as we were not able to be with family and friends. Purse Funeral Home went above and beyond any of our expectations to ensure our family's needs were met in this unusual time. The peace it gave to my family will always be remembered and appreciated.
