Holen Family Chiropractic is a absolutely amazing. From the chiropractic care, massage and all around wonderful staff. Dr. Holen and her team have always done their best to help me through my back and neck problems. They do near life saving work! A wonderful practice!

I always feel instantly better after being adjusted by her. Barb, who works the front desk, is also amazing and always finds a way to still get me seen even with my crazy work schedule. They are so kind, helpful, and personable. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Holen is one of the most thorough, attentive and skilled chiropractors I've been to. She looks at the cause of your problems and personalizes your care plan. When I walked (I use this term loosely) into her office in the fall, I was struggling. After following her recommendations for visits and exercises, I started walking and feeling better than I'd felt in a long time. The cherry on top is that she's a good human, and her staff is amazing. I can't recommend this practice enough.

Dr. Karen has worked miracles with me. I have been a CNA then a Nurse for almost 14 years. I am on my feet all the time. Between my neck, back, shoulder and hips I was a mess. Dr. Karen has done different techniques no one else has done before that worked. She has used A.R.T , (active release technique) on my extremities and spine which has really help reduce tension in my muscles. She is the only chiropractor around that does lumbar decompression which has reduced the numbness in my legs. She is the real deal, she will take the time to figure out your issues to help you get better.

We started seeing Dr. Karen a few weeks ago and holy cow has it been life changing. My husband, our 6 year old, our 1 year old and myself all get adjusted. Our 1 year old has been battling a consistent ear infection that antibiotics weren’t clearing up. As of now this is the longest he has gone without an ear infection since November and it all started looking up for him since starting chiropractic care with Dr Karen. Dr Karen and all her employees are amazing with both of our kids. As for my husband and I, we have some serious work that needs to be done but she is determined to get us back on track and has come up with a whole plan of action. We are SO happy and thankful that we found Holen Family Chiropractic.
