  The fitness membership at this facility is excellent. There is an excellent selection of free weights, weight machines, and multiple options for cardio (treadmills, elliptical, bikes). The staff are friendly and available to ask for assistance or suggestions if needed. The price of the fitness membership is exceptionally low. The one previous downside--limited fitness hours, has been resolved--they are now open until 8 PM (rather than 6 PM) four days a week. They are open four hours on Saturday
  (8-12) and closed Sunday.

  I had a friend recommend Carter Rehab in Tecumseh for when I had my shoulder surgery and they've been really great. Before my surgery, I was really having problems and it's been several months now going through rehabilitation that I've been grateful that I didn't have to drive an hour for someone who knew what they were doing. Strongly recommend.

  This is a great place to go for therapy or exercise. They have a heated pool for those who suffer from arthritis etc. They staff is very kind and helpful.
