    My Samsung T.V was fixed by this company.

    My technician was Jay. I wish I had the words to describe the outstanding job he did.

    Not only was he extremely knowledgeable in his job. He was such a gentlemen. Very polite and courteous. He clearly explained everything so even an old timer like me understood.

    All my future appliance repairs will be done by Jay at Higher Standards Repair Appliance.

    Jay was very professional and did a great job repairing our refrigerator ice maker. He was very knowledgeable and knew what the issue was. He quickly changed out the parts on the ice maker to resolve the over freezing issue. Soon after he left the ice maker started making a loud grinding noise. The next business day I contacted the customer service to schedule a return service call. The night prior to the return service call the loud sound quit. Jay being the expert explained the possible reason for the loud noise. We Recommend Higher Standards Appliance Repair! Thank you Jay
