Lenox Community Pharmacy

Love this pharmacy! Our medications are always filled and never a long wait. There are a lot of pharmacies closer but I would rather drive a little farther and be treated with respect and wait less time than I would at a CVS or Rite-Aid for example. Totally worth checking out. I will never go back to a chain pharmacy.

I'm not just a number here. Chris offers good old fashion service.

Lenox pharmacy is the best!
I had my family's prescriptions transferred from CVS to Lenox, but CVS did not transfer all of my sons monthly meds over and he ran out of one of his daily meds.
I called the pharmacist, Christopher Hanai, and let him know my son ran out of his med and that he has gone without a day and was about to go another day without. The pharmacist took time out of his busy day to call CVS on my sons behalf to get the med info so he could fill it.The pharmacist told me my son's med would be ready any time that day for pick up or I could wait for them to deliver it the next day. Being my son already went without his daily med i didn't want him to miss another day it so I planned on picking it up.
That same day my husband had a medical emergency at work and was admitted into the hospital, because of his condition I couldn't leave the hospital. I was very stressed about not being able to get to the pharmacy before they closed which meant my son would go another day without taking it.
After a very long day at the hospital I came home and was pleasantly surprised to see the pharmacist standing in my driveway with my son's med in hand! I was so taken aback that he would take time out of his personal time to hand deliver my sons med. Mind you, I never told the pharmacist about my husband being in the hospital, he hand delivered the med out of pure kindness!!

I am so grateful to Chris and the staff. I'm managing my mom's care from out of state and they have handled multiple medication changes so graciously, accurately and responsively. Outstanding knowledge and service!

Excellent Service by Chris and his staff. They always ask if I have any questions and they never make me feel as though I am bothering them if I do. I take a lot of medications and Chris is always willing to help find ways to defer the cost of my prescriptions. I also like that they offer a delivery service. Very happy to have my pharmacy located within the same building as my doctor and Chris always has my prescription ready in minutes from leaving my doctors appointment.
