My brother and I both trained with Lance, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the facility, quality of training and professionalism of all involved. We received amazing training, all while working on mental toughness. I always will recommend LLSpeed to everyone who is an athlete!

I have worked with Lance and the LL speed family since I was 11 years old. I am now 21 and playing football in college all because of Lance and this place. This place has given me confidence to play better along with becoming a man and a better person. I have battled through injury adversity and come out the other side because of the mentorship and family aspect this place brings. I would not be playing in college without my experience at this place. Lance has become an older brother figure to me and I consider him family. I have seen with my own two eyes that he has developed the same relationship with each and every person that walks through the doors. This place is the definition of a 5 star review and a family as well

I’ve been going here for 10+ years and I have loved every second of it. From the outstanding workout to the family atmosphere, it is an amazing place to go. I recommend this place to anyone trying to work hard and achieve their dreams!

Great place been coming in for about 6 months and got bigger and stronger. Learned a lot from Lance and Glenn you should come get work in always getting better.
