    I am thinking of all the wonderful helpful Doctors at Lupo’s and missing you a lot !!! I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy ❤️ I am so very thankful for the wonderful literature you have for patients to take free of charge.
    I am using the Neck Stretches and Upper Body Stretches to relieve my neck and shoulder pain. It has helped tremendously!!!
