River Bends Park

A true refuge from the modern world. It is the best little slice of paradise I have found in 36 years of searching. Be careful walking down the steps on the nature trail after it rains. Hold the railing. I slipped and almost went down. The archery range goes from 7 to 50 yards. A year pass is only 40 dollars, and it may be best money I have ever spent. They have a trap range as well, the range master runs a tight operation.

Tldr: that place is awesome. I recommend it highly.

Very quiet and peaceful park. Very large, many trails. Beautiful scenery. I drive to the back first then wind my way around. Make sure to stop in at the nature center in the front of park. Amazing gardens.

We love this park! They have a great variety of things to do here, from trail walks to playgrounds and even an RC race track! The soccer field and some of their play equipment could use some upgrading.

One of the best parks I’ve ever been -completely clean, several choices of paths to take, either a two track, bike trail or walking path. They even added a bike station to fix your bike if break down!!

Clean, free wide open spaces and 27 holes of disc golf what else could you ask for!
