Wittock Kitchen and Bath

Renee was wonderful, I highly recommend her. I am so glad we went to one place and ordered all our plumbing needs (tub, tub faucet, sink faucets, shower faucets, toilet, etc) for our master bath remodel. Renee was amazing and so helpful in helping us choose all the items we needed. She's very knowledgable to make sure we had what was needed. It is well worth the extra couple hundred dollars to order all we needed in one place. Just a tip...make sure you order your plumbing items first. They actually took longer than the cabinet and tile. There was a wait for our contractor because they are all so busy but everything came in just in time and Renee was watching our order closely. Wittock does not disappoint!!!

I rarely give reviews or compliment the services of others unless they show outstanding merit to do so. As a retired sales professional with over 45 years of experience, I think I'm qualified to recognise the efforts of someone going beyond the level of expected service.

Steve Sutter was recommended to my wife and I for a kitchen remodel by an individual from Tile and Stone Works in Sterling Heights. Steve showed us products that are currently available and was helpful in our decision as to which sink to purchase. We placed the order after he made measurements on a demo sink in your showroom confirming that it would fit in our cabinet. A few days later he informed us by email that the sink we purchased would not be available until September. He provided a link to another distributor that had the item in stock. As he mentioned in his voice mail, he was most concerned that we were happy even if it meant not getting the sale.

We ordered the sink from the other company. Our project is on track for completion without delay. Steve's advice on other plumbing items led to the sale of additional products. His telephone and email messages kept us fully informed of the status of our order. This we appreciated very much.

I can't thank him enough and wanted you to know how pleased we are doing business with Wittock Supply. We'll certainly be doing more business in the future.

In a jam (plumber coming to install momentarily), I called Wittock looking for a particular faucet, a real "needle in a haystack" request given the model I wanted. I wasn't surprised Wittock didn't have one immediately available (it's a special order kind of thing), and Wittock associate Renee went to great lengths to find the closest possible match to that 'needle' for me. She used her extensive product knowledge and experience to locate the closest faucet that could meet my needs. Renee really cared. It's unusual to see such concern and commitment any more, especially for someone who just called in and had no previous relationship with that business, and I sincerely appreciated her effort.

Outstanding experience! Renee helped me pick out plumbing for a whole house project and without question she is one of THE BEST sales people I have ever worked with. She is very knowledgeable about every product. She took her time with me and went above and beyond explaining things and made me feel like she really cared about my project. She was patient as I am not quick to make decisions and helped guide me to make decisions. She showed me many options at different price points. The time I spent with her was enjoyable as she has very good energy. She is a Wittock gem and if you have the opportunity to work with her I suggest you do as you will have an excellent experience. I am a tough critic and she exceeded every expectation I had!
