I never thought I’d be able to lose this weight again without killing my self with exercise. Which because of nerve damage to my leg from a stroke I can’t sustain the same exercise regime I used to. This plan - Pure Vitality - WORKS. The shakes are delicious - and I’ve tried so many shakes in the past. The program also includes these drops you take at lunch and dinner. That, combined with eating right, is obviously helping the weight loss. It’s all working.
Now, I’m a type 2 diabetic. Since Covid my numbers went stupid because I wasn’t watching what I was eating - and probably depressed like many others during that whole span of time.
My blood sugar numbers were in the high 200s/low 300s. They’re now down to 130s to 180s!! That’s in a span of ONE month!
With this “diet” - it’s not really a diet - it’s just learning how to eat correctly.
I feel better, my joints don’t ache anymore, I have more energy and I feel like I’m sleeping better.
This plan DOES work. You just need to stick to it. It’s a NON gluten, NON dairy plan. I originally thought I was gonna DIE not being “allowed” to eat any of that. But no… it really was quite simple.
Those cravings you have? I want sugar, I want bread, I want pasta, I want sweets… it’s just… gone. I can’t explain it. I don’t really “think” about having treats anymore. UNLESS I’m really hungry / then that creeps in. But! I remember the weight and inches I’ve lost so far and I reach for something else. I want to lose 100 lbs. I just turned 49 years old and have been overweight/fat since I was a middle schooler. I’ve lost large amounts of weight twice in my life (60lbs, 70lbs…) But, I needed help this time (since my stroke).
Dr Guthrie’s ad popped up on my Facebook page. I decided to try it. Yeah, it’s some money, not gonna lie about that, but so far it’s been completely worth it!! They offer different payment plans which is extremely helpful.
I highly recommend looking into Dr Keith Guthrie and his team (Annette and Nicky). They truly CARE about you. They’re just nice people! They don’t come off as fake like others I’ve experienced.
Do yourself this favor and set up an appointment. I promise. You will not be disappointed. If the progress pictures hanging on their walls are any indication of what you’ll experience, you will be happy. Ecstatic? Relieved? All the above.

This was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time.. I've learned how to eat differently and feel 💯 better, on top of the weight loss.. I don't even think twice about my new way of eating.
The entire staff is so encouraging and there's no better people to share this journey with.
This was a life changing phenomenal program..

From day 1 my experience with Dr Guthrie weight lost plan has been great. His staff, Annette, Sarah and Nikki has been unbelievably pleasant and encouraging. They have treated me with phenomenal love and respect, always having my best interest at heart. The struggles I've had with weight gain left me feeling as if I would never be able to lose the weight. But after prayer and asking God to guide me to the right people he did just that. It does not matter if you lose 1 or 10 llbs they encourage and motivate you and let you know you're doing great.
No question is ever to hard for them and you're always guaranteed a friendly hug at each appointment.
With each visit I have lost weight sticking to the plan. It has truly been a blessing working with Dr. Guthrie and his staff and I would recommend his services to anyone struggling and wanting to lose weight permanently.

Before I started my weight loss journey with Dr. Keith Guthrie’s program I was not feeling good about myself or my health. Since I joined his plan I’m half way to my goal weight. Within the first two weeks my energy increased, brain fog was gone and the inflammation in my hands have been dramatically reduced. I was also able to reduce some of my BP medication. I feel so much better physically and mentally. Dr. Guthrie, Annette and all of the staff are so nice, encouraging and helpful with nutrition and getting back on track when I have stepped off the plan.
