  Brian was great to work with! This was our second time working with him. He was very easy to get ahold of, even at 8:30 at night. Brian and his team worked hard to ensure the sale of our house went as smooth as possible. Would highly recommend him.

  Brian and Amie made the whole process easy, each step of the way they were one step ahead making sure there were now surprises. Amie kept me on task all the way to closing. Brian is still helping me with local services like lawn care, and more.This is a great team and I recommend them highly.

  Without question, we can say that Brian did a fantastic job selling our home in Shelby Township! We have sold our last 5 homes FSBO and had planned to do the same with this house after the realtor that sold us the home suggested we list for less than we desired. Before going FSBO, we called Brian for a second opinion after receiving one of his postcards and are glad we did. Brian came to the listing appointment prepared with all the data needed to support his suggested list price that was $60k higher than the previous opinion and $20k higher than our own expectations. After many moves, we consider ourselves to be seasoned home buyers / sellers and could tell right away that Brian knew the current market better than most and therefore he won our business with facts, not fluff. We then proceeded to put the home on the market and a few weeks later everything went as Brian had predicted it would; people lined up for showings over a 2 day period, multiple offers well over ask received, and acceptance with a well qualified buyer for a quick close. In total Brian not only made the process much easier for us versus going FSBO but he also helped us exceed our desired sales price by $40k. Although we are relocating out of state, Brian treated us as if we were going to be lifelong customers and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!

  This is my second time working with Brian. Brian was great to work with. He helps find exactly what you are looking for. He's honest and doesn't apply pressure. Very personable and friendly, yet professional.
  
  He sold our condo and the closing process for both our condo and our new how was smooth. His assistance Amy is excellent to work with. She goes above and beyond and is very personable.
  
  If we ever sell again, we would definitely hire Brian again. Thanks again to Brian and Amy for making this process so easy and stress free. Highly recommend.
