Jacob was fantastic! He helped me remotely with my computer and it is running better than ever! I hope I can use Jacob again, but I live several states away. I would definitely use them for remote support. I sensed an integrity with Jacob that you aren't always lucky enough to find. My computer's remarkable performance tells me he knows what he is doing. Jacob Dowdy has been working with me through various computer issues, both software and hardware, for the last few years.
