(October 18, 2020, 11:10 am)A classic, old-school gym with a few modern tools for those who want them. I like the amount of free weights they have, the heavy dumbbells, and just the array of strength building tools they have. Very nice people, good atmosphere, and no intimidation factor. Everyone's just doing their own thing. This is the kind of gym I like! 💪
Only cons: no chalk, so serious power lifting is out, and their choice in music isn't what I'd ever listen to while working out... but that's minor. For classic bodybuilding, getting lean, getting big, getting fit, you can't do much better. Just remember to bring your headphones.
