(January 12, 2023, 5:51 pm)My husband had decided to place an order online yesterday. When it came time to pick up, I went to the restaurant and they couldn't find the order. Apparently my husband was having trouble with ordering and accidentally ordered for the next day instead of same day.
The workers/owner were so kind about the situation and quickly made the order for us. I felt bad because it was 100 percent not their fault. But they were respectful and quick to get us the order.
Then in the shenanigans that I and my husband created, we accidentally were given one of the wrong items. They allowed us to keep the incorrect item as well as what we ordered.
Even though the mix up was initially on our end, they were more than accommodating. Much appreciated. And the food was enjoyed. -

(April 26, 2020, 12:38 pm)I've yet to have a bad experience here. Tried the Chicago style deep dish and it was outstanding. Loaded with cheese, sauced on top, and nice and thick. Got a nice arm pump carrying that bad boy up to my apartment lol. Keep up the good work guys!
