  I travel to Michigan, two to three times a month from Illinois. H&I Expert Auto Care was highly recommend to me by a good friend. In speaking with Chris and meeting Eli regarding their diagnosis of the vehicle I brought to them, (which had several issues from bearings to A/C to alternator etc…), I felt very confident Chris and Eli where capable and trustworthy. Each issue presented was addressed in a courteous, timely and professional manner. I am extremely satisfied with their work and will use H&I Expert Auto Care in the future as well as highly recommending their services to friends and family who live in Michigan. It is important that every automobile owner have a reliable, honest and affordable auto repair facility…. Chris and Eli and the team at H&I Expert Auto Repair exceeded my expectations. They are actually true to their name… “Experts”!

  Very happy with this group. Found these guys on the internet. I am in NC. Needed assistance getting my In-laws A/C repaired while my wife was visiting Sterling Heights this week. Dealership had quoted over $2000 for the repair so it was postponed. Called and spoke with Christina them to explain the challenge, she was very helpful. My wife dropped by to make a connection. They determined they could repair the car while she was in town. Big help. The repair was not as big as the dealership thought and A/C was back running for less than half what the dealership estimated. I am a fan. They were very helpful and friendly. Hopefully I will get to thank them in person one day. Thank You!

  Had a growling noise in the front when driving down the road. I suspect it was wheel bearings going bad being the vehicle had 120,000 miles on it. Took it in to H & I Expert Car Care, they called me the following morning and it was the front bearings. Had a choice between a 1year warranty bearing or a 3 year warranty one. I decided to go with the one year warranty just because I will only keep the vehicle for one more year. The work was completed the same day. I've been driving it for a week now and no more growling. They did a great job and I would recommend H & I.
  I have had other things done there too and all with excellent work. No complaints from me.
