What an amazing experience. I worked with Josh J. for months, and through my darkest moments, he always was able to shed some light to show a silver lining. I truly believe without his help, I would not have been able to turn a corner and make it to where I am today. I owe my returned smile, my sense of hope, and a sense of feeling understood again all directly to him! Would recommend everyone going through any sort of stressor in their life to use them as a resource for hope!

I've worked with Josh in a group setting and for one on one counseling. He is the best. I was nervous as I'm a woman but he made feel very comfortable and gave me perspective from a man. He is kind, very smart and gives you an array of tools to deal with a variety of issues.

Josh, is beyond easy to talk to which makes the whole experience feel like you’re in a safe space! He is extremely understanding, kind and gives practical skills to help you with your issues. He’s extremely good at what he does, making you think about things in a different way or helps you to realize why you’re experiencing what you are (it’s almost like a light 💡 bulb goes off). He’s more than accessible to his clients (even on vacation you can contact him!!) and he always gets back to you in a timely manner. His feedback is great and he absolutely helped me get through a tough time recently. I’m glad he’s my therapist and I wouldn’t want anyone else! I recommend him to a friend already and I would highly recommend him to anyone else!

Working with Josh has been a fantastic experience. He is compassionate, caring, and also able to ask you the questions that might be uncomfortable, but are important for you to think about.

His friendly approach sets you at ease right from the start. Speaking to a professional about personal issues is never easy. I can say that Josh makes it as easy as it could possibly be!
