Okay hands down the best clinic ever ! So I am or just did my IVF transfer for my second baby waiting results, anyways hands-down the best respectful staff ever. They are diligent from the receptionist to the nurses to the medical assistance to the doctor everyone is diligent , honest, kind. I remember two years ago meeting with Dr. Kowalczyk , I remember sitting down and her confidence gave me comfort. I have never ever left a message and did not get a response I have never had any billing issues. Not only are they understanding but they also provide support groups, counseling, etc. Every staff member there has a compassion and a passion for every individual that walks through that door. You’ll never be mistreated. Don’t go anywhere else go here

No idea what that one star review is about. They always call back! Dr. K and her team are the best! So helpful, very friendly, they are VERY BUSY but extremely responsive.

The 1x1 attention you receive here is like nothing I have experienced before. The atmosphere is calming, which is so important with infertility. I really enjoyed working with both PA’s. Scheduling is accommodating and hassle free. Grateful to have found this office.

Staff is knowledgeable and compassionate. Love the staff. They helped my husband and I have our beautiful daughter. ♥️
