  The level of care and detail servpro provided was excellent. my bathroom had mold coming from a water leak under my tub basin. servpro staff came and addressed the issue fast and took care of my mold issues. my bathroom is like new now. thanks servpro

  Servpro really helped our water district as we are continuously faced with bio hazard and drug paraphernalia cleanups from transients around some of our facilities. Additionally they performed excellent work restoring water damage to the building at one of our industrial sites; fast, quality work.   I worked with Servpro when I had a greywater line fail in my home while away on a work trip and was very satisfied with their work. They worked with my wife to get everything started while I was away making life easier for both of us. They were prompt in their response, cleaned up the mess and dried it out so the plumber could go in and repair the work and get us back to a comfortable home. Having a quality company to refer (which I do in my business) as well as use personally is important. I would not hesitate to refer SERVPRO of Citrus Heights to my clients or friends should the need arise.

  Why me? I had no idea this type of company even existed! I happen to come home from lunch and found water all over the place. I was freaked out! I called my husband and he said call those Servpro guys. I called and they were out here fast. They got everything pumped out and we're so nice! They explained everything to me and stepped me through the entire process. I was so amazed how clean the demolition was. They even dealt with our insurance company when the insurance guy was extremely hard to deal with. I felt like Rob and his team were had our back. Thank you!
