Does a great job explaining what needs to be done when you start, and what has been done when you're finished. Good communicator and always ready when promised! Very knowledgeable in many different firearm facets. Explains every detail and demonstrates same without question. All of my dumb questions are are always answered and easily understood with their explanation. Very reasonably priced repairs.

Stopped by on Monday during your hours but you were closed. I later read on ur website that you're by appointment only now. Which is perfectly fine, I believe I sent the owner an email through the website. I hope to hear from you soon on an inquiry of mine.

The owner is quite knowledgeable and willing to take a few minutes to help me with minor work. I'll remember that when bigger jobs arise. Nice to have a few professional businesses in Newport. Thx.
