My experience with my salesman was great but the thing that baffled me about my Lincoln purchase was every time my car was in for oil changes or anything Friendly Ford would wash my car. I buy the car and get nothing but the door hitting me in the butt on my way out. I guess the great perks are only when you are leasing the car.

My service representative was named Dave and I couldn't possibly thank him enough for the service I received today on my 2012 F-150. I showed up right before closing and he still accomodated me when the dealership clearly already had plenty more work that needed to be done before the doors closed. He had my vehicle serviced quickly and even gave it a car wash for me after finishing the oil change. I truly appreciate the service and am a very satisfied customer! Will definitely be back for all future services and or maintenance needs.

5) Friendly Ford service department is one of the best I have dealt with. I myself am a certified mechanic and don't bring one in very often for warranty work but the times I have they have always done a really nice job.
