I am so pleased with the care I received. Dr Holly is so thorough and listen to my concerns. The staff is great and the eye glass selection is outstanding. Alex is very knowledgeable and was a great help.
Very professional. Highly skilled. Both Dr. Ashley and my Optician, Alex, were very concerned about my needs. I have a very high prescription in progressive lenses. Only the best will do for me and that is why I go to Great Lakes Vision.
I've been going there for years! The staff is friendly and helpful. The techs are wonderful and Dr. Holly is my star! She is so friendly and an expert at what she does. Thank you to the doctors and staff for all you do!! And the new office is beautiful!!
I was apprehensive about scheduling a new patient appointment since it had been over 30 years since I had appointed for a vision exam. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the front office team member that made my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was warmly greeted and made to feel welcome. The entire team, including the doctor, was friendly and professional. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the office, as well. I am happy that I chose this office for my vision care. I would highly recommend this office!
Erin, an assistant who worked with me prior to the optometrist coming in, took care of pre-examination protocols (what letters I could read from afar with a covering over either eye without my glasses on, etc.). Very pleasant personality! Dr. Hollie is excellent to work with professionally. She's thorough in her examination and easy to talk to and answers questions. She had Hannah, a typist, put in information in the eye charts to alleviate Dr. Hollie from that job, so that she could spend more time with her patients. I was impressed with that efficient time management undertaking. The staff member I went to after the examination suggested a way for my insurance to pay in an appropriate way with my general physician since I needed cataract surgery. This is something I hadn't thought of, so I appreciated the idea and it worked!
