I was accidently double charged the sign up fee, but they carried it over onto another month and the little bit extra was able to help off set next months rent. That is a very intelligent setup they have going on there. Really appreciate these folks and they're always quick to answer the phone. I feel like I made a smart choice to do business with these folks.
