Let me tell you, this was my first experience at this location, and it was hands down the best experience. That was all made possible because of one employee named Todd. He was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He even helped me hook up my phone to my Bluetooth radio (which he he also fixed for me). Thank you Todd for this wonderful experience.

Had a problem with my Freightliner dump truck. Engine codes. First I took it to a different shop who claimed to be able to work on my vehicle. No luck and they claimed it was a dealer level problem. Took it to great lakes Freightliner and within a couple of hours it was totally fixed. It was a blown fuse due to a wire rubbing on top of the transmission. Also there was a recall on the nox sensor that they replaced for free. That alone would have been more than 250.00 that I paid .
These guys know what they are doing and I highly recommend them. It sure saved me time and money despite choosing another shop that I would save money with. Turned out to be a bad idea and my truck was down for another week .
I watched too many u tube videos and came to the wrong conclusion about bringing my truck to the actual dealership who has all the knowledge on what your truck needs or not.
The service manager was very a to b . Impressive.

I have been in here for Freightliner parts a couple of times now. The parts staff have been both friendly and helpful on both occasions. Not to mention they had the parts, in stock, both times. They are a bit far away from me but I will me the trip to them vs. my local dealership in the future.
