Al Dean's Auto Repair

In November I was traveling from Pittsburgh to Michigan when three hours into my drive my antifreeze started to leak and smoke was pouring out from the hood of my car. I was in panic mode and called my best friends in Michigan who recommended Chuck from Al Dean’s auto repair. A phone call to Chuck put me at ease. This man knows customer service. He went out of his way to help me and did the needed work on my car in a very timely manner so that I could return safely to Pittsburgh. He could have taken advantage of an out-of-state customer but his charge was completely fair. I will always be thankful for his help. Highly recommend his auto shop!!!

My Malibu engine light was on showing that my engine power was reduced - speed was dropping as I drove. They were very busy and honest about setting expectations that I might not have any answer or resolution for a few days, but still let me bring the car in right away. Made no promises and still took care of everything within 1 business day. I got calls with updates all throughout the day. Cost was very affordable for their time and work. Found that my car is incorrectly reading my oil levels and taught me how to check my oil levels to be sure in the future rather than pushing any engine repair that wasn't necessarily needed. You can tell Chuck is a dad - after servicing the car, he took the time to make sure I was educated as a driver/car owner to be safe on the road and offered so much knowledge. Will definitely be back here for future car issues. Can't recall the other gentleman's name, but also extremely nice and helpful.

Chuck and the other mechanics at this shop are great. they are straight forward and have very fair pricing. Never had an issue getting work done when it comes to this place. If you're looking for a place to get work done on your vehicle, look no further. You won't get better than al deans.

My Chrysler town and country had leaking a few weeks ago. Al was very busy, but he helped repair it at the earliest time. The service and price are really good, I appreciate it very much.
