We have a great rapport with our rep Chris in particular who is always looking out for our best interest in every aspect of our day to day business. Very informative and if they do not have the answer for a particular issue right away they will go above and beyond to find the answers for you. (November 25, 2020, 9:51 pm)I originally joined Unified strictly for the discounts. I compared them to several other buying groups and on price alone they come out way ahead.
I soon found out that Christina and staff are more than "just" a discount club . they really do care that you not just succeed but thrive and are always looking for ways for you to improve. If a preferred vendor is not better, quicker and cheaper for you and your practice, they have no qualms about telling you. They fabricated a couple of comprehensive manuals for my practice that are very well made and that alone is worth the price of membership. If you want to compete with the DSO's without selling your soul to the devil, join Unified Smiles and watch your practice and bottom line grow!. 5 stars highly recommend. -
