(July 30, 2022, 5:35 pm)My sales representative, Vilma, was fantastic! I came to the store to buy king and queen mattress pads. When I arrived, she had two other customers she was assisting. I appreciated that she acknowledged me and soon gave me material about what I was looking for. She effectively managed 3 customers at the same time. One of which had very active children running and playing in the store.
The king size pad was not on the showroom shelf. She went in the back and found the make of the one that I wanted. She was kind, friendly and patient with all of her customers. She made it a great experience. -

We were looking to get a mattress for a guest bedroom this time, and Derek did not disappoint! Based on our previous purchase, he found us a mattress in our price range and comfort level. Both times we’ve been to this store we’ve left very happy customers!
