Great team taking care of me. Deep knowledge of the body I can rely on with confidence. Most of all, seeing positive results!

In my former life I had Broken knees, shoulders, clavicles and gained much experience with better and lesser PTs.
Recently, and as a consequence of yet another cycling accident I had been looking for a PT and received the recommendation for Cranbrook, where I started to receive treatment by Alissa in the recovery after a fairly complicated femur fracture.
With competence, I can state that Alissa is the Best, who I’ve ever met to help me back on my feet.
She is extremely knowledgeable as it relates to injuries and impact on the entire body, muscles, skeleton and nerves. She is thorough in her analysis of and advise for active and passive exercises. She is 100% present, observant and direct in giving instructions and recommendations. At the same time can she be funny and joking, making it often possible to perform agonizing exercises with a smile on the face.
To sum it up: Alissa cares about her patients.
It is worthwhile and important to mention, that the entire environment and team at Cranbrook PT emits the same spirit and culture. I personally enjoy the environment (and stationary bicycle) very much.

I came into the clinic in so much back pain I could barely walk. I was worried I would need surgery. Alissa spent a lot of time figuring out where the root of the problem was and worked to relieve my pain significantly on the first visit. I am now on visit ten and feel like I have nearly my full range of motion back. We are working on building my strength so it doesn’t happen again. I can’t say enough how much this clinic has improved my life. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Wonderful staff of caring professionals! Shout out to Alyssa and Santina who both took wonderful care of me. It’s not often that you actually enjoy attending physical therapy but this practice is different! I highly recommend these wonderful women!

I have a very complex issue, & had little hope. Anne T. Is different: she’s caring & kind, persistent, experienced, skillful, patient, creative and much more—all that & a little laughter, too. She didn’t give up on me. She saw me as a whole person, not just as a patient w/pain. She taught me what to do, what to avoid, how to modify my home. We are both determined to return me to the best I can be. She is worth way more than 5 Stars! PS: can PT be fun? Yes!
