  I had took my elderly mother to get a Covid Test at Temple Beth el a couple weeks ago and I just wanted to say what a positive experience we had. We dealt with Ray who made us feel like we were at an actual Clinic. He talked to my mother , took vitals, went over past medical history, listened to her breathing and made sure there was nothing wrong with her. Definitely a 10/10 Experience and will send my family and friends to that location. Thank you!

  I can’t say this enough, this place is amazing. I visit them more than I visit my PCP. There is never a long wait, the service is always fast and efficient. The staff are always very knowledgeable, polite and caring.

  We are always seen quickly and have great customer service. It’s my favorite go to urgent care.

  VERY professional and nice employees, almost zero wait time. They get 100 stars if I can award them.
  
  However, the owner's / business' policy that their RT-PCR test is NOT covered by insurance is complete BS. My insurance (employer-sponsored BCBS of Mi) DOES cover it - they didn't even bother checking (it's company's policy, not the employees' - so I blame the owner, not the employees).
  
  Thus, if you need a RT-PCR test the same day, beware of my experience.
  
  I will submit the claim to get reimbursement.

  I came to Emcura on my grandmother’s recommendation who comes regularly for immunity boosters. I came in because I have been sick for over 6 weeks, with very slight remission periods that would then quickly come back and worsen. I saw a PA who listened to all of my concerns, and said we would proceed with a few different tests. After the first few came back negative he ordered blood tests. I also had questions about boosting my immune system and he was very kind and took the time to explain all the options he thought would be best for me. When it came time for the blood test, I told the young woman taking my blood I was very afraid of needles and the sight of blood, and also my veins are very hard to find so it usually takes more than one poke. She was very kind and understanding, she made me feel comfortable through the whole process. Their entire staff from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left were kind, considerate, and compassionate. The PA took the time to explore options rather than just giving up after the first two tests were negative. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would go back again for any medical attention needing immediate care.
