Love him! He is so through and patient! Been coming here for 8 years, originally seeing Dr. Steinman who retired, who was wonderful too.

Dr. Badshah is incredible and is always willing to bend over backwards for your medical needs. He is very open minded, soft spoken, and truly values your opinion as well as fears. I have seen him for 3 years now and started seeing him during the hardest time of my life. I was a very active young teen until I was diagnosed with multiple cardiac issues as well as 3 other rare medical conditions. He did everything he could to learn more about my conditions and give me several treatment options, allowing me to choose what was best for me even if it may have been something that wasn't on the top of his treatment list. I had a medical emergency after surgery and he dropped everything to be by my family and I's side to make sure I stabilized, and that was multiple hours. Today I am a young adult, completely active again. He has held my hand through this incredibly long journey, has always listened, and has been the first one to support me no matter what battle we had coming. I am now able to go to college and live a normal life, with confidence that I am no longer in danger. Without his treatment and support I would not be in remission. I trust his opinion more than anyone else's. If you're looking for a Doctor who will fight with you and not against, make an appointment with Dr. Badshah. You won't regret it!

I was treated with a Medtronic(r) CRT-D pacemaker by Dr. Badshah in an emergency situation after suffering from LBBB, NSVT and heart failure last fall. I had never met with him prior so I was originally a bit concerned about his credentials and how rushed I felt into having my device implanted but I had little time to contemplate it. I was admitted to the cardiac ward at St. Joseph Mercy Pontiac and started on an antiaryhthmia drug to reduce my Episodes of VT, PVCs, PACS etc. Within a few hours my Arrhythmia had improved greatly and my condition had stabilized through the evening. The next morning he met with me in person to discuss my current condition and went over the procedure thoroughly. He was very open minded and had great bedside manner in regards to choosing a device that was most suitable for my condition. After a 2 hour surgery I was part bionic and on my way to recovery. I stayed in the hospital 2 days for follow up care and discharged with some new meds including a beta blocker. I also met with his partner Dr. Steinman EP from CAVA who too was excellent to work with and very thorough in discussing my condition and future treatment and tests that needed to be done post surgery. Lastly, I cannot thank the staff at St. Joseph Mercy Pontiac enough. They took excellent care of me around the clock and made me feel at ease given my circumstances. When I was admitted in late November 2017 my ejection fraction was just 36%. 3 months after implantation my EF went up to 57% and I’m out of heart failure, have not had any episodes of VT (knock on wood) and my PVCs and PACS have almost disappeared. Thank you Dr. Badshah, Dr. Steinman and hospital staff at St. Joseph Mercy Pontiac for giving me a new lease on life! I feel like myself again and treasure everyday I have with my young family (6) (8) (17) year old kids. If you’re a patient in need of a more than a qualified EP in the metro area and expect excellent care I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Badshah and Dr. Steinman....both who are affiliated with CAVA in Bloomfield Hills. I feel very fortunate to have had them on my team during a very difficult time in my life. Post surgery I’ve transferred my continuation of care to the University of Michigan as it’s much closer to my residence otherwise I would have stayed with these guys the rest of my life! I was not asked to write this, I receive no compensation for this review, this is for informational purposes on what my actual experiences were with Dr. Badshah! Keep up the excellent work! God bless you!!
