I've been a member with Allstate for 20+ years for Auto and Homeowners Insurance. Entering the building they display a warm welcome and very friendly atmosphere. The whole staff, greets you and eager to help. I'm usually there to see Ann Schembri, So polite she treats me like family, she listens to all to my concerns , takes the time to go over my policy to make sure i'm getting what i need at the most affordable rate. They handle unfortunate events in a very professional manner, they treat each situation like it's their own. Allstate is very punctual, and makes every effort to get your situation taken care of ASAP. Thanks to Joel and staff I plan to stay with Allstate.
