This store has a great selection of in-stock phones. They also have a phone that gets picked up by a person, not a digital assistant. I was extremely happy with my experience buying and setting up a new phone with an existing Verizon plan. It was quick and easy.

In all honesty, I have yet to encounter someone who is as helpful, intelligent, and considerate as he is. Kevin exhibits an astounding degree of patience, never rushing or scrambling hastily to close a deal. Despite the fact that I often have a slew of questions and am keen on being aware of the finer details (a habit induced by my legal background), Kevin is ready, willing, and eager to always do anything he can to make sure my experience is a stellar, easy, and beneficial one. Kevin is always ahead of the game. I can count of him to keep me informed of the latest products, but he is not high pressure. He explains the changes in the iPhone models and lets me choose.
