Sarah’s training as a nurse anesthetist gave me a lot of confidence when choosing her as a provider, because she has an expansive knowledge of facial anatomy and medications. She is extremely thorough and patient when answering questions and explaining how different treatments work, as well as why some are better suited for certain individuals. I love my skin again and feel refreshed for the first time in a long time! Her environment is extremely clean, relaxing, and professional. I cannot recommend her enough!!!

Refresh & Renew is truly magical! It’s exactly what I have been looking for in a med spa - a luxury experience but you immediately feel comfortable and at-home. Sarah is so a talented and always makes the best recommendations for how to fix what is bothering you or enhance your features. She will NEVER pressure you into anything and always follows up after a new procedure. Not to mention, everything she offers from treatments to skincare is truly top-notch ( hello Revisions skincare!!!). I would trust her to do anything because I know she will always make it looks natural & perfect. I could not recommend Refresh & Renew more!!! I even brought my 63 year old mom to see her for her first med-spa experience and she loved it!

Refresh & Renew is fantastic. Sarah’s medical knowledge and experience combined with her genuine passion for helping people look and feel their best make for a wonderful experience. The office is nice and clean, the products they sell are very high quality and they really work. Sarah takes time to listen and learn about what you are hoping to achieve and helps you figure out a plan that works best for your schedule and budget. She is enthusiastic, but never pushy or judgmental. The PRP facials are a cool option and I saw real results.

I’ve visited Sarah twice now regarding my skin care, and every time I leave feeling confident, informed, and as those I’m in the best of hands. She listens to my concerns actively, helps make a budget friendly plan for the future, and given her anesthesia background, has a full and comprehensive understanding of her recommendations and what is best on a patient by patient basis. I love how my skin looks and feels after being in Sarah’s care, and will continue to see her for all of my “aging in reverse” needs.

Refresh and Renew is hands down the best in the business! Sarah is warm and welcoming! Her knowledge, enthusiasm and passion for skincare keeps me coming back. I have never found the type of care that she provides anywhere else. I never feel rushed talking through my concerns or next steps in my treatments plan with Sarah. I was recently was told by a former colleague that every time she sees me I look younger and younger…. That is because Sarah’s knowledge is phenomenal. I would wholeheartedly recommend Refresh and Renew!
