    I was quoted a price for service and that’s what I paid. No high pressure sales tactics like those used at other dealerships. Service advisor was professional, kept me informed of work progress, and had my car washed before returning to me. If you’re looking for Honda sales and service, look no further than Gates in Richmond!

    As always, very customer oriented. Service department very responsive and spends time with customers. Service done in reasonable time

    I picked up my car from Gates after bringing it in for services, including replacing the drive belt tensioner, both tie rods, and replacing both drive shaft assemblies. Ethan, the service writer who worked with me during these services, communicated with me consistently throughout.

    I've had my vehicle service done through Gates as often as possible, and I have always had a good experience with their team. Gates remains my first choice.

    In 2022, it’s (understandably) difficult to find excellent customer service anywhere, but Austin has gone above and beyond for me trying to help me find a new vehicle since mine was totaled in an accident. He is extremely responsive, informative, follows up, and politely direct with all of my questions! Anyone in the market for a Honda I’ll be referring to Austin! Thank you for such a pleasant experience and hope to do business in the future!
