I attended Tamara’s 90 minute practical
Happiness Masterclass last night. It was very inspiring! I left feeling happier and re-energized.

This group has helped me immensely and turned out to be beyond all my expectations. Tamara creates such a warm, positive and accepting environment that allows you to feel at home and free to be yourself. She is so kind, insightful, inspiring and compassionate. I’m very grateful to have found this group and for all that I am learning. :)
