Whether you're a rank novice or have some lifting experience Greysteel can help you get strong. My interactions during a training session with Dr. Sullivan (I'm sure the other coaches are this way, too) were very positive, and he really wants to help clients maximize their strength. He reasonably pushes his clients, but is still friendly and approachable, yet won't sugar-coat needed improvements, and his clients get stronger because of this. He also takes away the intimidation factor- the squat, deadlift, overhead press, and bench press are technical when done correctly, and he'll walk you through them (other exercises, too!). Even if you think you're a good lifter already, he'll find things you can work on (definitely!). The equipment is top-notch, and you'll use a weightlifting belt and chalk (commercial gyms typically don't allow chalk, but it is very helpful, even necessary). My experience interacting with other clients is everyone is friendly and works together so everyone can improve. My recommendation is make an appointment and give it a try- there is nothing to lose and a whole lot to gain!

Absolutely the finest strength and conditioning gym in the WORLD for Masters (over 40 years old) athletes. Stop dying and get strong with Dr. Jonathon Sullivan (Sully) who will show you how to live an older life to its fullest! Simply outstanding for both women and men.
