Felix Cruz is a class act - professional, kind, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his clients’ satisfaction. I appreciate the time he’s spent with me and highly recommend Cruz Hearing to anyone who needs a heating device!

(September 8, 2020, 1:47 pm)Felix took so much time today to make sure my mother's hearing aids were in working order. He was considerate, caring, and extremely helpful. He helped my mom with her walker and came out to the car to deliver and put in her rechargeable batteries because he knew she is vision impaired. We drove 40 minutes to Cruz Hearing and it was well worth it! Highly recommend the staff and service!

We tried one of the big names but we were very displeased with the service. When we went to see Mr Cruz he was very thorough. When you never had hearing aids, there is so much you need to know. He told us what to expect and gave us so much information we had no idea. Mr Cruz and Kathy at the Waterford location have the best service. Getting hearing aids is a life changing event, and these two people are a great team to walk you through everything from educating, testing and great cost. Thank you both so much. This was a blessing for both of us.😁
