They put together my new mailbox, took out the old one, and put the new one in perfectly. They were in and out within 20 minutes. Worth it and recommend.

Do yourself a favor and call Jay first. I wasted so much time with the other local mailbox companies.

Contacted Jay by the form on their site as we wanted our mailbox relocated and replaced. Heard back shortly after and within a couple days we had the new mailbox installed. The installer that came out was incredibly friendly and professional. Within a half hour the old mailbox was removed and new one installed in the new location. Took extra care to not damage irrigation lines, which I wasn’t able to locate to mark so I appreciate that as well.

Fantastic experience and company. I hope to not have to replace too many mailboxes in my lifetime, but “Mailboxes by Bob” will be my go-to if I ever do again.

Called Jay 9am Wednesday 8/18. Was promptly called back by 9:30. He was very courteous and told me he could repair or replace mailbox by next week. It's now 11:45 and Morgan has been here and fixed mailbox. Thank you for being so prompt. If I need a mailbox fixed or replaced, I will call Jay. I will also tell others about your company.

Jay was incredible. Very personable and helpful. The custom mailbox replacement and newspaper chute is fantastic. He reused my existing post and painted it and reinstalled the house number on the post. Very reasonable cost and prompt service.
