Darin was amazing to work with! Extensive knowledge of Detroit and surrounding area and able to help us through the process so we were confident with finding and purchasing our first home.

Darin was willing to set aside time as needed in order to show us a handful of homes throughout the area. His knowledge of the local market is strong which was extremely important to us as we were looking not only in a very unconventional market where housing values dramatically differ block by block but during a time of volatile mortgage rates as well. He was always communicative and thoughtful of our personal wants, and I never felt I was being pressured to purchase something for sake of time. When it came time for negotiations, Darin took the lead and kept us informed along the way. He helped us become realistic about our expectations and got us through to closing relatively seamlessly by directly working with our banker, arranging closing steps with the title company, and ensuring we had our closing checklist in order. I'd also note that we used a few of his suggested inspectors/contractors throughout the process, and they were all reliable as well.

Darin is the best. I have known him for several years and dealt with him in several ways. With Darin on your side you will succeed. He is deserving of positive cliche's that I would write if I were not a trained journalist. The photo below is of my role model in real estate Joel Landy. Joel bought that school from DPS and made it useful in new ways. Darin is on his way to the same heights as Joel.
