My 83 year old Mom had a decline in health this past summer and was hospitalized. We initially used a post hospital local rehab facility that was a disaster. We then opted for in home care with NOC.

After meeting Jason, Isaiah and Cheryl, we were convinced NOC was the right choice. Isaiah set up the appropriate coverage and adjusted staffing to keep up with Mom's improving needs. The Caregivers are professional, dependable and, indeed, caring.

I would recommend NOC to anyone looking for a way to ensure their loved one gets excellent care while enjoying the intimacy of their own home.

Jason and Team have been wonderful to work with. North Oakland Caregivers is fair in pricing. They have gone over the top to ensure we received caregivers that paired well for our needs. In emergencies, Jason, Cheryl and Isaiah went above and beyond to find a substitute. Cheryl from the office even came over several times so our loved one would be safe while I went to work. We were so pleased to find a local company that truly cares about exceptional customer service. Highly recommended!

Our caregiver from North Oakland Caregivers for the past year has been amazing! She understands the importance that companionship and conversation are to someone who is unable to do the things and go to the places that they went to because of their disabilities. She has been kind and caring. The Company has also been easy to work with. Through this pandemic they have been good to work with and understanding.

I am writing this review, on behalf of my family. My 90 year old mother needed additional care back in November 2019. We called North Oakland Caregivers and they provided us with a caregiver that mom has really enjoyed! Mom looks forward to her visits every week! What a change this caregiver has made in our lives!!
