I broke two ribs in a bicycle fall and went to Keego Harbor Urgent Care the next morning. By all measure, the most courteous care I've received in a long time. Both the physician and orthopedic surgeon were caring, empathetic and transparent in their care. They invited me to view X-rays while they both described the location and nature of the injury. Heather, the PA, was friendly and helpful. No wait, a warm and welcoming experience. And the charge, including 5 X-rays, reading, and physician services was only $90. I highly recommend this care center. It was as great an experience as one could expect considering the pain I was in.
