One the best storage facilities that I have been to. Scott and Sierra were fantastic at helping me setup my gate access and showing me how it works. Ten out of ten stars.

I appreciate Scott's assistance with my initial issue, which was with a different Public Storage location. After calling the Madison Heights location and speaking with Scott, I was able to resolve my issue and move my unit location to the Madison Heights site without a problem. I am very happy I waited to post my review -- not only did Scott resolve my issue, I witnessed him help another customer who got stuck in the parking lot after the snow storm -- best customer service. Thank you very much!

Sierra is always so helpful when I come in. She was able to get my late fee waived and I greatly appreciate it.

Sierra was absolutely amazing at this location. She was very nice, handled my issue with patience and diligence and did not stop until the issue was corrected. She has awesome customer service and I will go back to this location just because of her service!
