Rose is a wonderful assisted living. It is more of a COMMUNITY than facility. The staff at Rose is caring and attentive to the needs of the residents as well as their families. The activities are geared for all needs and family members are welcome to join in. I love the jewelry activity, I made a gorgeous gem necklace. They have movie night with popcorn, target and Kroger store outings, BBQ’s and much more. I’ve taken care of both parents, in-laws and now a family member, so I’ve experienced many care facilities, but, nothing has come close to Rose Senior Living. The grounds are beautiful, surrounded by ponds and woods, there are side walks for walks, path in the woods and even a small dog park, all surrounded by a caring warm community atmosphere. Management, and all levels of staff, listen as well as hear your concerns. It is really nice to see a smiling staff greet and interact with residents (and their families), some truly enjoy their job. Rose is involved if we want them to be or in the background waiting if we decide we need them; they take time to support, interact and guide you with your loved ones concerns. We are so blessed that our family member is given the opportunity to live at Rose and share in all it has to offer. I call it the ‘DISNEY’ of health care. If you’ve ever been to Disney, you understand the level of service I’m referring to. Outstanding.

I have been living in Independent Living at Rose for the last 4 1/2 years. The residents and staff are great. I have made many new friends here. The staff works hard to provide fun activities and outings for us. It has been nice to retire here.

It’s been over a year now and I feel compelled to speak publicly. My family and I have been so grateful for Rose Senior Living Memory Care. Our mom has had extraordinary care. The staff/resident ratio is very high. At any given time, day or evening, I have seen a FULL STAFF including a nurse 24/7. This is unheard of! My mom is a very fragile and sweet woman. We have been especially pleased with the fact that Rose does not tolerate residents with behavioral issues. The staff is trained and understands the difference between a person who is frustrated and sun downing, verses a person who is dangerous and may need additional care and support beyond the scope of what a “memory care” can provide. My mom is constantly being evaluated to ensure her needs are being met. It is a peaceful and protected environment for your loved one, with residents who are happy, active, and content. A special thank you to the entire staff!

My mom is a resident in the memory care area at Rose Senior Living - Providence Park and we have been impressed with the care. This community is the perfect match for my mom's needs. Caring for someone with dementia is very hard for the family and we are so happy to have found Rose. We are impressed with the skill and compassion of the entire staff. From the management to the nurses, activity team, and housekeeping, we only have very high praise. They have been very responsive to our needs. The community goes on outings to restaurants and parks and more. They also do a nice job with bringing in entertainment. They provide extra touches like holiday parties, noticing when my mom needs a blanket or a sweater and letting us know about her smiles. My mom is thriving at Rose and can highly recommend this community.

Everything about Rose Senior Living Providence Park has been terrific in my experience. Mom made the transition to this community far better than I expected, and I attribute that to all the wonderful staff I have had the pleasure of meeting. The setting and the facility itself are clean, beautiful, modern and everything is meticulously maintained. A wonderful dinner menu which is very moderately priced, and plenty of great activities and social opportunities for the residents, but what really makes Rose shine is the staff. Every single staff member I meet, I walk away with the same impression, this is an organization that understands and values the importance of their staff and is highly selective with who they bring into the community. Every staff member genuinely cares about my mother and meeting her unique needs and shows this by repeatedly going well above and beyond just the boundaries of their job roles. I genuinely feel comfortable that my mother is in good hands in the Rose Community, surrounded by staff that know her and care for her. The residents are also great, and they all have great things to say about the staff and the community. I highly recommend you consider Rose Senior Living Providence Park as a top-notch care facility in the Novi area for your loved ones.
