  Mr. Babi was very courteous (which is not always my experience with lawyers), and helpful. What I also found especially good was his listening-skills(again something I don't always find with Lawyers). He waited until I was done speaking, and then he answered my questions clearly. He actually apologized for not being able to assist me further!! JOB WELL DONE!!

  Due to certain life events we have decided to file for a Bankruptcy. Our case was somewhat unique and complicated because it has a huge history of in-and-out finances which were to much to trace and prove.
  Just to start the process of submitting an application, the first agency we spoke with was going to charge us about 20% from our total amount we were trying to discharge, plus hourly rate after that.
  
  Finally, we have settled with a different firm, and because of the nature of our accounts transaction history, they convinced us that it is ABSOLUTELY not possible to claim Chapter 7, and that the only option for us is Chapter 13. Every time we tried to insist we were blocked with a frustrated answer that there is no chance at all.
  While in the process of submitting an application with 2nd firm, my wife decided to try another lawyer for the 3rd opinion, and that is how we met Melvin J. at Babi Legal Group.
