  My wife and I signed up for the 16 week plan together, it has been life changing for me. I have lost 20 lbs of body fat and was able to add muscle during my visits.   Great experience from start to finish. I ate very healthy before meeting my nutritionist so I wasn’t sure how beneficial this was gonna be for me. I was joyfully surprised by how much working with a professional can positively change every aspect of my life. They did blood work and found out which foods were inflaming my system and cut those from my diet. My sleep became better and energy levels went through the roof. The biggest change tho was my anxiety. I had been struggling with anxiety for about a decade and after 8 short weeks it disappeared. I also gained strength and lost body fat and genuinely enjoyed the whole experience. My nutritionists Stacy was nice and made the whole process simple. Recommend it to everyone!!

  I’ve been an amateur body builder for 5 years, worked with multiple well-respected coaches, and have read countless articles on nutrition and dieting. Arrogantly, I did not expect to learn too much from Polina and 7.7 Nutrition. I was wrong! Polina’s knowledge is seemingly endless, her plans are easy to follow and allow for plenty of variety. She had constant check-ins to see how the diet was working, diagnosed and corrected multiple issues (not just diet, but lifestyle) and maintained an interest in my overall wellbeing. The best part is, her plans get results! I was able to pack on muscle mass while maintaining low body fat. Polina’s nutrition plan is one that I will continue to use for years to come.   Amazing experience. 7.7 team really cares about the success of their client. Polina reaches out to me every 2-3 days to check in and make sure I’m on the right track with my diet. She really takes pride at her job and I always feel like a priority.
  
  I came to 7.7 for digestive help and my goal was accomplished in 2 week. I did a food inflammation test and we eliminated all foods that were inflaming me. I feel a big difference already.
  
  Now Polina is teaching me about a plant based lifestyle and we are taking my health and nutritional habitats to the next level.

  Polina and her team have been amazing. Their service is unmatched, from their attention to detail, to their constant follow ups, they have been a great addition to my fitness regimen. After completing and reviewing my results from their food inflammation test, their body scan, and following up with their supplements I was able to lose 10 pounds within the first month.
