I wish there were more stars ... I would give all of them to Well Fit Life. Nate and his team are incredible!!! I worked with both Nate and Ian when I lived in Michigan. They were instrumental in helping me achieve my goals. I am stronger, both mentally and physically. They focused on my total health and wellness with a personalized approach. Ian has been great for myself and our family, 3 young athletes. He is professional, knowledable, encouraging and been very flexible with our families crazy schedule.
